Our family has been vacationing at this beautiful location for over 18 years. Vanessa--our daughter-- who is now 28 years old, grew up on this beach. That's how long we have been visiting.
During COVID, we visited more frequently, and in 2021 decided to purchase this unit for our semi-retirement and use it primarily from May-November when it is not occupied by our guests. We live 90 minutes away in Miami, so it makes it easy for us to get away for long weekends.
Even though our support team offers a turnkey service, we manage the property as we like to be hands-on with this transient rental.
